BUSK appears in public space with his City-Modifications. Street-Art and Graffiti!
The motivations and objectives that drives street artists are as varied as the artists themselves. There is a strong current of activism and subversion in urban art. Adapting visual artwork into a format which utilizes public space, allows to reach a much broader audience than traditional artwork and galleries normally allow. It was in the 90´s were BUSK developed his passion for fonts and versions of type – face.

City-70_font
City70 is a headline font which was inspirated by the formal language of 70ies industrial-design. The goal was to design the letters in a way so that letter- and line-spacing weren´t needed anymore. The different combinations of letters form area-wide structures which still feature a readability.
